Description
Eksistenz is a philosophical, international peer-reviewed journal. We publish original articles in the areas from hermeneutics, phenomenology to intercultural philosophy. Articles from other disciplines are also welcome, provided they can be reasonably justified as philosophical interpretations. Book reviews and interviews are likewise included.
Focus Topics
We especially encourage submissions on the following topics:
-
Contemporary applications, future trajectories, and the broader significance of hermeneutics in the modern era
-
Theoretical explorations and practical investigations within Chinese hermeneutics
-
Developments and key challenges in intercultural hermeneutics and intercultural philosophy
Sections
Each issue contains original research articles on a specific philosophical topic. The journal has two sections:
-
the first on a specific topic (announced in advance in the call for papers)
-
the second as a Varia section, which includes book reviews and interviews
Languages
We accept submissions in English, German, and Chinese.
