Eksistenz. Philosophical Hermeneutics and Intercultural Philosophy is a philosophical, international peer-reviewed journal. We publish original articles in the areas from hermeneutics, phenomenology to intercultural philosophy. Articles in other fields (practical philosophy, ethics, and philosophy of values) are also welcome if they can be justified as philosophical interpretations, as are book reviews and philosophical debates.
We focus on the following topics: history of hermeneutics, contemporary forms and future development of hermeneutics, studies in Chinese hermeneutics, intercultural hermeneutics and intercultural philosophy.
Each issue contains original research articles on a specific philosophical topic. The journal has two sections, the former on a specific topic (early announced in the call for papers) and the latter as Varia section, as well as a Book Reviews section.
We accept submissions in English, German, and Chinese.
Eksistenz. Philosophical Hermeneutics and Intercultural Philosophy appears as an open access journal.
